After months of testing and brainstorming the final recipe for the ultimate steak rub was finally born! This rub is inspired by the origins of MEATER and it's trans-Atlantic roots.
With one of our founders based in California and the other here in the UK we wanted to tip our caps to where we came from, looking into flavours and styles that represented us. This delivered our incredible Santa Maria style steak rub.
Inspired by traditional Californian flavours with a distinct Angus & Oink spin to bring together the US and UK once again in a very special (and delicious) relationship!
